Stars Behavioral Health Group in Irvine, CA seeks a Mental Health Specialist II for the Coastal Star Crisis Stabilization Unit. Starting compensation is 67,000–77,000 USD per year. Shifts Tue–Sat 3:00 PM–11:30 PM in Irvine, CA.

The CSU provides 24/7 crisis stabilization and supports adults and larger caseloads. You will assess clients, develop treatment plans, conduct family collateral and discharge planning, and participate in crisis response with the team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related mental health field.
• Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as AMFT, ACSW, or APCC.
• First Aid certification or ability to obtain it upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Assess clients at start of treatment and maintain treatment plans.
• Conduct family collateral and discharge planning.
• Interview consumers and coordinate with a health team for needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and respond to emergencies as needed.
