Job summary

Stars Behavioral Health Group in Irvine, CA is seeking a Crisis Stabilization RN to join the Coastal Star Crisis Stabilization Unit. You will provide direct nursing care to individuals in crisis and coordinate with the treatment team to stabilize clients.

This role offers on-site AM shift, comprehensive benefits, paid CEU opportunities, and supervision for BBS hours where applicable. A California RN license, CPR and First Aid are required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of registered nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year experience with emotionally disturbed populations preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to clients in crisis.
• Supervise nursing department staff on shift.
• Document care in the Electronic Medical Records system.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality client care.
