Qualifications

• 3–5 years secretarial or administrative experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency with common office software (Excel/Word/PPt/Outlook/Internet).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and staff.
• Serve as point person for requests, research information, and prepare reports/presentations.
• Ensure patient and employee satisfaction by resolving issues and directing them appropriately.
• Provide orientation and training to new employees and supervise front desk staff.
• Manage schedules, meetings, and internal communications; monitor workflow and staff performance.
