Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a medical practice leadership role.
• Experience with revenue cycle management and billing processes.
• Knowledge of insurance procedures (ICD-9/10, CPT), Medicare rules.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and billing software.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily/monthly expenditures, staffing, and overtime.
• Ensures front-end policies, charge entry, and reimbursements are accurate.
• Supports physician compliance with charting and PAQ inboxes.
• Manages budgets and reports variances to leadership.
• Drives access, patient experience, and KPI achievement.
• Leads HR activities: recruiting, training, performance coaching.
