Responsibilities

• Schedules, supervises and evaluates the work of assigned staff in accordance with established procedures.
• Acts as first line escalation for patient and staff issues.
• Supervises the daily operations of assigned support functions to meet timeliness and cost targets.
• Ensures patient information is accurately entered and maintained in systems.
• Identifies opportunities to streamline current operations and implement changes.
• Oversees scheduling of depositions/conferences with providers/billing.
