You will also handle payroll tracking, timekeeping, and provide administrative support, while handling sensitive information with discretion in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of clerical and/or administrative experience.
• Prior scheduling experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Proficient with or ability to learn ATS, HRIS, onboarding applications and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and post-offer screening for new hires.
• Manage staffing schedule for clinical personnel to ensure optimal resident care coverage.
• Track attendance, tardiness, overtime, and time clock activity for payroll.
• Provide clerical and administrative support with discretion in a dynamic healthcare environment.
