Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is hiring an Ancillary Health Services Specialist in Boca Raton, FL. You will facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and post-offer screening for new hires in the department, and manage staffing schedules to ensure resident care coverage and regulatory compliance.

You will also support payroll by tracking attendance, tardiness, overtime, and time clock activity while providing confidential administrative assistance in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of clerical and/or administrative experience.
• Prior scheduling experience is required, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Proficient with or the ability to learn the ATS, HRIS, and scheduling system.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and post-offer screening for new hires within the department.
• Manage the staffing schedule for all clinical personnel to ensure optimal coverage and regulatory standards.
• Manage payroll by accurately tracking attendance, tardiness, overtime, and time clock activity.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the department with discretion in a dynamic healthcare environment.
