Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a motivated Administrative Intern to support the Enterprise Corporate - People & Culture Workforce Development team in Macon, GA. The internship runs May 31, 2027 through August 6, 2027, with up to 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, on-site.

The role offers hands-on exposure to healthcare project management and process improvement. Applicants should be currently pursuing relevant healthcare leadership or public health degrees, with a minimum GPA of 2.5 and strong

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Healthcare Leadership, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Management, Nonprofit Management, Data Analytics, or a related field with junior or senior standing.

Responsibilities

Assist Administrative Intern in managing a diversified portfolio of healthcare projects and contribute to project progress and sponsor needs.
Join the work unit team to complete assigned tasks during rotation and collaborate with colleagues.
Identify internal and external support resources to meet work goals and drive outcomes.
Provide information and perspectives on current trends to stimulate new ideas.
Help build a broad range of healthcare management skills and participate in committee work.
