Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a diverse portfolio of healthcare projects and contribute to project progress.
• Work with physicians, administrative colleagues and allied health staff.
• Support development of healthcare management skills and participate in committee work.
• Describe and integrate functions related to practice, education and research for Advocate Health's vision.
• Seek ways to improve processes and outcomes and support data collection and analysis.
• Meet with leadership regularly to discuss fellowship progress and report on projects.
