You'll lead projects to improve center performance, develop leadership and communication skills, and complete a CNA class as part of the program, with structured support, state licensure guidance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• Experience leading teams or projects in healthcare or related industry desirable.
• Strong communication skills – read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Join the Administrator in Training (AIT) program to pursue licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator.
• Rotate through key departments to learn operations and patient care in a skilled nursing facility.
• Lead projects that improve center performance and patient outcomes.
• Develop leadership and communication skills through meetings, coaching and mentorship.
