You will rotate across departments, gain operational insight, and lead projects that improve resident care and facility performance while preparing for NAB licensure exams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field required.
• Experience leading teams or projects in healthcare is desirable.
• Strong communication skills, including fluent English across teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Genesis HealthCare's Administrator in Training (AIT) program to gain licensure.
