Job summary

Accolade Healthcare is offering an Administrator-In-Training (AIT) program designed to develop emerging healthcare leaders through hands-on experience and mentorship. The 6-12 month development period provides exposure to operations, regulatory compliance, budgeting and workforce management.

You will work with experienced facility leaders across multiple locations, with travel for training, leadership development and cross-facility assignments, preparing you for future leadership in long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in healthcare or related field.
• Demonstrates leadership potential and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication with residents, families, employees and leaders.
• Sound judgment, accountability and problem-solving ability.
• Adaptable, receptive to feedback and eager to learn.
• Able to work across all levels of an organization.
• Willing to take on increasing responsibilities as competencies grow.
• Knowledge of long-term care operations or a strong desire to learn the industry.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across facility operations and department leadership.
• Engage in resident care, quality assurance and regulatory readiness (QAPI/CMS).
• Support staffing, recruitment and workforce management.
• Assist budgeting, financial operations and expense management.
