PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Orange City is seeking a full-time Nursing Services Administrative Assistant. In coordination with the Director of Nursing, you will maintain department files, inter-office memorandums, and policy manuals while safeguarding patient and staff confidentiality.

This role supports staffing coordination, prepares service area statistics, and acts as a liaison between departments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduated from or attended a business college or secretarial school.

Responsibilities

• Maintains department files, inter-office memorandums, correspondence, policy and procedure manuals, and confidentiality of patients and staff.
• Assists with coordination of staffing.
• Prepares statistical information for service areas under the guidance of the Director of Nursing.
• Serves as a liaison between departments outside the scope of Nursing Services.
