Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in professional services, ideally in benefit consulting/brokerage or health under-writing/actuarial function of an insurer
• Advanced knowledge of health and welfare products & services
• Experience with big data analytic techniques preferred
• Advanced knowledge of underwriting and funding concepts
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and deliver on time and budget
• Desire to expand client relationships
• Ability to identify and resolve issues with limited information
• Polished written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter able to work independently and with a team
• Strong analytical, creative and integrative skills
• Ability to direct junior colleagues and provide feedback
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
• State Life and Health license within 90 days of joining
• Relevant financial experience and/or university degree
• Progress towards health actuarial designation or CEBS (optional)
