WTW in the United States is seeking a Health and Benefits Financial/Actuarial Senior Director to serve as the financial lead for large, complex client assignments. You will leverage your expertise to make strategic recommendations on funding, plan design, and innovative financial solutions, applying data analytics to solve client problems.

You will guide regional and global teams, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth by selling additional actuarial, financial, and risk solutions.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience delivering complex health and welfare financial/actuarial strategies and analysis in a consulting or brokerage
• Proven ability to generate revenue and manage client relationships
• Deep understanding of employee benefit plan design, underwriting and funding concepts
• Proven ability to lead data analytic projects
• Executive presence with polished written and oral communication skills
• Ability to influence senior management and work across levels of an organization
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
• Actuarial designation and continued education (optional)

• Leads financial/actuarial engagements for Medium to Large clients
• Develops and delivers the financial/actuarial strategy for a portfolio of clients
• Drives revenue growth through additional actuarial, financial, and risk solutions
• Provides consulting quality reviews and client delivery for all deliverables
• Guides regional and global teams on deliverables and reviews models for client delivery
• Builds relationships and collaborates across cross-functional teams
