Qualifications

• 10+ years of health and welfare financial/actuarial experience.
• Proven ability to generate revenue.
• Leadership of data analytic projects.
• Executive presence with strong written and oral communication skills.
• State Life and Health license within 90 days of joining.

Responsibilities

• Communicates and delivers complex financial/actuarial results to drive client action and improve plan performance.
• Leads medium to large clients’ financial/actuarial engagements.
• Develops and delivers the financial/actuarial strategy for a portfolio of clients.
• Drives revenue growth through client sales of additional actuarial, financial, and risk solutions.
• Provides consulting quality reviews and client delivery for all financial/actuarial deliverables.
• Guides regional and global teams on deliverables and reviews models/presentations.
