WTW is seeking an Healthcare Financial/Actuarial Associate Manager to join the Financial Actuarial & Analytics community in San Francisco. You will contribute to analyses across health and group benefits for varied clients, interface with vendors and client teams, and help lead projects with senior professionals.

The role emphasizes technical proficiency, client interaction, and the ability to deliver high-quality deliverables on time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in professional services in health/actuarial contexts.
• Advanced knowledge of health and welfare products & services.
• Experience with big data analytics techniques preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of underwriting and funding concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple client teams in developing financial analyses and deliverables.
• Develop working proficiency of core financial, actuarial and analytics theories and models.
• Assist with financial modeling of benefit plans, costs, and budgets under guidance.
• Ensure accuracy of claim reporting and client communications.
• Collaborate with Global Delivery Centers and Client Service teams to manage projects.
