Responsibilities

• Code and process invoices and expense reports for facilities in a timely manner.
• Reconcile vendor statements and address discrepancies.
• Review payment history for recurring monthly expenses.
• Maintain vendor files and assist with 1099 preparations.
• Demonstrate ability to be a team player and handle additional duties as assigned.
