Job summary

Arcadia Care in Ohio seeks a Business Office Manager to support daily accounting operations in our nursing facility. The role focuses on invoices, reports, and accounts receivable, ensuring compliance with cost reimbursement rules.

Ideal candidate will help prepare monthly financial statements and assist in updates to the accounting system. A high-school diploma and 3 years of bookkeeping experience are preferred, with Medicaid/Medicare familiarity.

Qualifications

• Must have a high-school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience with Medicaid and Medicare.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting functions and in implementing routine tasks.
• Maintain and facilitate invoices, reports, files, and accounts receivable.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income, expense).
• Assist in planning and implementing changes to the accounting system.
