Job summary

Frontier Direct, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to serve as a dedicated client partner, managing day-to-day delivery and ensuring client success across a portfolio. The role requires cross-functional coordination with operations, marketing, finance, product, and clinical teams, with travel up to 40% within assigned territory.

You will develop and deliver client reports and dashboards, track milestones, and drive execution from kickoff to renewal, translating client priorities into actionable

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in self-funded employer healthcare, benefits, project management, client services, and/or account coordination.
• Organizational and project management skills.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills including experience presenting to leaders
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and project management software (Asana preferred).
• This position requires travel to client/customer locations within an assigned territory, up to 40%

Responsibilities

• Client Support: Serve as the operational contact for assigned client requests and coordinate follow-up.
• Project Management: Track milestones, deadlines, and dependencies; maintain project plans.
• Reporting & Analytics: Prepare client reports and dashboards, validate data.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Align Account Management with Clinical Operations, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations.
• Account Administration: Maintain CRM records, track renewals, and support documentation.
