Job summary

HealthFirst is seeking an Account Development Representative in Mukilteo, WA to drive sales through dealer partners and manage opportunities from quote to close. The ADR will conduct demonstrations, build quotes, and expand the dealer network while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires 3+ years in sales, proficiency with Salesforce, and excellent communication. Travel up to 25% and a base plus commission compensation structure are offered.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a sales organization, including two years of direct customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage opportunities from quote through close with assigned dealer partners.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through outbound calling, networking, and coordinated prospecting with dealer representatives.
• Understand key customer needs and recommend supply and service solutions that build ongoing business relationships.
• Communicate key initiatives and report market trends and customer needs.
• Manage the sales pipeline in the company CRM and keep records current.
• Schedule and deliver OnTraq and other product demonstrations, in person and virtual.
• Achieve assigned sales goals and measurable objectives for activity and pipeline development.
• Provide ongoing support to new and existing customers through regular contact and relationship management.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop strategies for market segments and demand generation.
• Participate in tradeshows and dealer meetings as required.
