Millennium Health is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow a regional portfolio of accounts with daily field-based travel in the territory. The role emphasizes developing lasting client relationships, delivering on-site training, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of relevant experience, a strong foundation in relationship-building, CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred), and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of account management, customer support, or field-based experience.
• Outstanding relationship-building skills and strong customer service aptitude.
• CRM experience (preferably Salesforce) and comfortable using tech while on the road.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with accounts in assigned regions to build long-term client relationships.
• Schedule and deliver field training sessions with customers and staff.
• Coordinate with MH stakeholders to provide top support to clients.
