Job summary

HealthFirst - Saving Lives in Mukilteo, WA is seeking an Account Development Representative to drive sales with dealer partners. You will identify opportunities, provide product support and demonstrations, develop quotes, and advance opportunities through the close, while building strong relationships and expanding market reach.

The role requires three years in sales with two years of direct customer exposure, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Three years in a sales organization with two years of direct customer-facing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Preference for experience selling HealthFirst products.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office.
• Experience delivering live presentations via Zoom or Teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage opportunities from quote through close with assigned dealer partners and coordinate team selling.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through outbound calling, networking, and prospecting.
• Understand customer needs and recommend solutions to build ongoing relationships.
• Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM; keep records and forecasts current.
• Schedule and deliver OnTraq and other product demonstrations, in person or virtual.
• Achieve sales goals and meet defined activity and pipeline targets.
• Use consultative selling resources to identify potential accounts and opportunities.
• Provide ongoing support to new and existing customers and monitor account profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop strategies for market segments and events.
• Participate in tradeshows and dealer meetings as required.
