Aleca Home Health & Hospice is seeking an Account Executive in Arizona to expand our referral network, manage admissions, and drive census growth. The AE will nurture relationships with hospitals, physician groups, SNFs, and home health clients, ensuring smooth transitions and exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has healthcare direct sales experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in healthcare direct sales with established market accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and long-term care regulations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to build relationships with patients and providers.
• Proficient computer skills and HIPAA compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead census development and manage transitions from referral sources to Alumus.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, SNFs, physician groups, and senior living communities.
• Coordinate admission processes, consents, and patient assessments.
• Promote Alumus services and participate in industry events to expand territory.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and timely issue resolution for referral sources.
