Job summary

Southeast Permanente Medical Group in Atlanta is seeking a Business Consultant for Patient Access to support the launch of new initiatives and ongoing monitoring of access targets. The role reports to the Senior Director, Access & Care Experience and requires a Bachelor's degree.

You will partner with the CASE team and physician leaders to develop work plans, analyze data, prepare business cases, and drive improvements in patient access and experience across practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Master’s preferred for advanced understanding of healthcare administration.
• Experience with project management and business case development.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management and support under senior leadership.
• Develop work and implementation plans for initiatives.
• Collaborate with physician leaders to improve access and patient experience.
• Monitor projects and produce program reports.
