Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, patients, and staff.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue and collect access badges.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas to identify unauthorized access.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, patients, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue and collect access badges, and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unauthorized access and report unusual conditions.
• Assist with maintaining a welcoming, professional environment while helping to deter unauthorized entry and supporting healthcare location operations.
