Qualifications

• Be 18+ for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required under federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local rules.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and location policies.
• Verify identifications, screen visitors, issue credentials, and maintain visitor records per site procedures.
• Monitor access points, alarms, cameras, and communications; report issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
