Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a healthcare-related location by enforcing access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials, issue visitor badges, and document activity.
• Respond calmly to alarms and incidents and file required reports.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, restricted areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
