Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of patient access, medical billing, or customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; familiarity with Windows-based systems and 10-key calculators.

Responsibilities

• Registration, financial clearance, insurance verification, cashier, scheduling tasks as assigned.
• Respond promptly, professionally and courteously to all customers’ needs.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with all McLaren Health Care team members.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts.
• Under general direction, complete tasks accurately and timely; seek guidance when needed.
