Job summary

CVS Health in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Senior Delivery Leader to drive delivery of complex technology initiatives within the Commercial Segment. You will coach Scrum teams, manage backlogs, and align delivery with the product roadmap across Technology, Business and Operations partners.

You will oversee multi-team programs, mentor Project Managers and Scrum Masters, and report progress to senior leaders while enabling continuous improvement and accountability across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience leading Agile, cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years of program delivery in large, matrixed organizations.
• 2+ years of leading teams of Project Managers/Scrum Masters.

Responsibilities

• Running Programs with budgets of $10M+ including large projects.
• Managing Agile resources and contractors within matrixed teams.
• Driving planning activities and reporting for multiple teams.
