CVS Health is seeking an experienced program manager to lead complex technology initiatives within the Commercial Segment. You will drive delivery, coach teams, and manage the product roadmap through backlog prioritization, ensuring alignment with business goals.

You will oversee agile ceremonies, partner with technology, business, and operations, and report progress to senior leadership. This full-time role includes a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading Agile, cross-functional teams on complex initiatives.
• 5+ years delivering programs in large, matrixed organizations.
• 2+ years mentoring Project Managers and Scrum Masters.
• 2+ years applying Agile and Scrum in software projects.
• 2+ years budget planning, forecasting, and financial management.
• 2+ years using budget tools and MS Office for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Run programs with budgets of $10M+ across multiple large projects.
• Manage Agile resources and matrixed project-team members.
• Lead planning activities with meetings, agendas, reports.
• Ensure project deliverables are created and updated as projects grow.
• Interface with Senior leaders across the company.
• Oversee timelines and milestones with internal and external partners.
• Monitor multiple lifecycles and track plans and deadlines.
• Manage projects using CVS agile methods and standard PM practices.
• Coordinate with other leads to address risks and dependencies.
• Acquire resources with stakeholders to support goals.
• Conduct regular project reviews and report status.
• Forecast resources and participate in quarterly forecasts.
