Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a dynamic leader to drive delivery of critical technology initiatives in the Commercial Segment. You will direct Agile teams, mentor Scrum Masters, and align product roadmaps with business goals while managing multi-million dollar budgets.

The role emphasizes scaling Agile practices, stakeholder communication with senior leaders, and delivering measurable improvements in team performance and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience leading Agile, cross-functional teams, to deliver complex initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience leading program delivery efforts within large, matrixed organizations.
• 2+ years of experience managing and developing teams of Project Managers and/or Scrum Masters.
• 2+ years of experience applying software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience with budget planning, forecasting, and financial management.
• 2+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, work management platforms, and budget management tools to drive operational efficiency and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Running Programs with budgets of $10M+ consisting of one or more large projects.
• Managing Agile practice resources and contractors as well as matrixed members of a project team.
• Driving planning activities, including convening meetings, developing agendas and material, and developing reports or supporting specific teams with tracking and monitoring initiatives.
• Ensuring appropriate project deliverables are created and updated over time as each project grows.
• Interfacing with Senior leaders from all areas of the company.
• Overseeing development and tracking of timelines and milestones with key internal and external partners.
• Monitoring multiple, concurrent project lifecycles by tracking plans and deadlines.
• Managing projects using CVS agile methodology and/or other Project Management best practices.
• Partnering with other Project Leads to coordinate progress and address risks.
• Interfacing with other projects to ensure cross-functional dependencies stay coordinated.
• Working with stakeholders to define and acquire necessary resources.
• Conducting regular project reviews and communicating status of projects.
• Forecasting Resources and participating in quarterly revised forecast activities.
