Job summary

CVS Health seeks an innovative, high-energy leader to drive delivery on critical initiatives in the Commercial Segment. The role requires strong analytic, Agile, and program management skills to guide execution and remove obstacles across Technology, Business and Operations.

The person will coach teams, support the product roadmap and backlog management, monitor progress with established metrics, and foster collaboration to improve productivity. Direct reports are involved.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience leading Agile, cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years of program delivery experience in large, matrixed organizations.
• 2+ years leading teams of Project Managers or Scrum Masters.
• 2+ years applying Agile and Scrum methodologies to software projects.
• 2+ years budgeting, forecasting and financial management.
• 2+ years using office/work management tools for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Run programs with budgets of $10M+ comprising multiple large projects.
• Lead Agile practice resources and contractors within a matrix team.
• Drive planning, agendas, reporting, and tracking across teams.
• Ensure deliverables are created and updated as projects grow.
• Interface with senior leaders across company areas.
• Oversee timelines and milestones with internal/external partners.
• Monitor multiple lifecycles and raise issues for resolution.
• Manage projects using CVS Agile methodology and PM practices.
• Coordinate with other project leads to address risks and dependencies.
• Ensure resources are acquired and ongoing support for goals.
• Conduct regular project reviews and communicate status.
• Forecast resources and participate in quarterly forecasts.
