You will manage day-to-day activities, assist with implementation, and coordinate with product and operations to help clients reach their stated business goals.

The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, data reporting, issue escalation, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years direct account management experience in healthcare benefits or related field.
• Positive growth mindset; able to stay calm and drive solutions.
• Obsessed with customer experience and satisfaction.
• Team player with ability to solve problems collaboratively.
• Excellent executive-level communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience ensuring client expectations and deliverables are met.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Complete reporting and data requirements based on client and team needs.
• Be accountable for customer satisfaction and retention of assigned clients.
• Forge trusting relationships with client operational leadership.
• Understand business challenges faced by customers.
• Support data activities to resolve escalated client issues.
• Prioritize escalations with Account Managers to mitigate attrition risk.
