You will guide onboarding, engagement, and ongoing success, driving adoption of the company’s services while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role sits in a Remote-First environment within the United States, requiring strong communication, organization, and data-driven insights to manage client health and pilot expansions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer services, customer management, or sales.
• Bachelor's degree required; field preferred.
• Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships quickly.
• Willingness to travel 10-20%.
• Experience in legal tech, SaaS, or personal injury industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for portfolio of firms, respond to inquiries and escalate when needed.
• Schedule regular value-centric customer check-ins to ensure account health.
• Manage CRM workflows and sequences for ongoing engagement at scale.
• Support customer appreciation initiatives, including office visits and gifts.
