Job summary

Aon plc, Health Solutions is launching an Early Careers Launch Development Program for soon-to-be graduates. You will gain hands-on experience across Health and Benefits, Global Benefits and Executive Benefits while learning to translate data into insights and client-ready recommendations.

Through mentorship, on-the-job learning and a 10-month program, you will build advisory skills, engage with brokers and client teams, and develop the foundation for a career in broking and health benefits.

Qualifications

• College Seniors graduating Spring 2026–Spring 2027 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Launch Development Program across Health Solutions, including Health & Benefits, Global Benefits and Executive Benefits.
• Build data-driven insights and client-ready recommendations for health benefits strategies.
• Develop reports and visuals and collaborate with brokers, client teams and solutions line specialists.
