Qualifications

• College seniors graduating Spring 2026 to Spring 2027 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
• No requirement to be an employee benefits expert on day one.
