Qualifications

• College Seniors graduating 2026–Spring 2027 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience while learning how employee needs, healthcare costs, data and client strategy come together to create value.
• Use data, analytics and research to help address challenges such as rising healthcare costs and changing employee expectations.
• Review information for accuracy, identify patterns and translate findings into clear, practical insight.
• Create reports, presentations and visuals that explain findings in a clear, helpful and client-ready way.
• Participate in client and team discussions with growing confidence, while learning how benefit strategies are developed and communicated.
• Build positive working relationships with colleagues, clients and external partners.
