You do not need to be an expert on day one; on-the-job learning and mentorship help you translate data and research into clear insights for clients.

Qualifications

Be a college senior graduating Spring 2026–Spring 2027 with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Build hands-on experience while learning how data, client strategy and healthcare costs come together.
Create reports, presentations and visuals that explain findings clearly for clients.
Collaborate with mentors to understand how benefit strategies are developed and communicated.
Coordinate projects and improve workflows across Health Solutions and related teams.
