Aon is launching its Early Careers Launch Development Program in Health Solutions for soon-to-be and recent graduates. You will build data-driven insights to shape employee benefits strategies, learning through on-the-job experience and mentorship.

This 10-month program blends meaningful work with business learning and relationship-building across Health Solutions, helping you grow skills in analytics, client service and advisory roles within a global leader in risk, retirement and health.

Qualifications

• Seniors graduating Spring 2026 to Spring 2027 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• No prior employee benefits expertise required on day one.

Responsibilities

• Translate data and research into clear, practical insights for employee benefits strategies.
• Create client-ready reports and visuals that explain findings clearly.
• Collaborate with mentors and teams to understand how benefit strategies are developed and communicated.
• Support learning across Health and Benefits, analytics and related teams.
