Job summary

Aon is launching the Early Careers Launch Development Program in Health Solutions for soon-to-be and recent graduates. You will learn how health benefits strategies help clients manage costs and design smarter, personalized programs that support employee wellbeing and competitiveness.

You will build hands-on experience translating data and research into insights, and develop advisory and client-facing skills through mentoring and collaborative projects across Health and Benefits teams.

Qualifications

• College Seniors graduating between Spring 2026 to Spring 2027 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• What You Will Do: Build hands-on experience while learning how data, client strategy and insights come together to create value.
• Develop reports, presentations and visuals to explain findings clearly for clients.
• Support workflows across Health and Benefits, Global Benefits, Executive Benefits, analytics and operations.
• Coordinate projects and improve processes to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
