Aon is launching a Health Solutions Early Careers program designed for soon-to-be graduates and recent grads. This 10-month development track combines on-the-job learning with business and professional development across Health and Benefits and related areas.

You will translate data into insights, contribute to employee benefits strategies, and build client advisory skills throughout mentorship and collaborative projects.

Qualifications

• College seniors graduating between Spring 2026 and Spring 2027 with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build hands-on experience while learning how data, research, and client strategy create value.
• Prepare reports, presentations and visuals for client-ready delivery.
• Collaborate with mentors, brokers and teams to learn Health Solutions advisory processes.
