Job summary

Aon launches an Early Careers Development Program in Health Solutions for soon-to-be and recent graduates. You will learn through on-the-job experience, analytics, and client-focused work across Health Benefits and related areas.

You will build skills in data interpretation, insights translation, and advisory support while collaborating with mentors, brokers and client teams in a structured 10-month program.

Qualifications

• Must be graduating Spring 2026 to Spring 2027 with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Analyze data, research and client needs to inform benefits strategies.
• Create reports, presentations and visuals for clients.
• Coordinate across Health and Benefits, Global Benefits and Executive Benefits teams.
• Support project workflows and improve delivery quality
