You will lead client service delivery, own project management, and serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, coordinating with the Account Executive to execute strategy.

You will analyze data, prepare client presentations, participate in meetings, and identify client needs for additional services.

Aon is looking for a Health Solutions Consultant - Private Equity - Hybrid in (SF, Irvine, LA, Phoenix, Sacramento, Denver and Seattle)

In this position, you will act as the Lead Consultant and own project management to support the execution of client service delivery. This position may act as the primary day-to-day contact of clients and oversee the client team. The Health Solutions Consultant will collaborate with the client Account Executive to assist with execution of strategy and special projects. This position includes analysis, drafting client presentations, participation in client meetings and the identification of client needs for other services. Additionally, the Health Solutions Consultant will:

• Partner with the actuarial and broking teams to prepare and deliver relevant analysis
• Own vendor management
• Manage plan document review
• Manage client issues with Account Executive oversight
• Support team to resolve client issues
• Coach and guide junior staff

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position intended for U.S. applicants is $90,000 to $100,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of State/Region. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
