Aon is seeking a Health Solutions Consultant for Private Equity, Hybrid in SF, Irvine, LA, Phoenix, or Sacramento. You will lead client delivery, manage projects, and coordinate with Account Executives to execute strategic initiatives.

Requirements include 3+ years in group health and benefits, excellent PM and presentation skills, and a Bachelor's degree. Expect a mix of client contact, vendor management, and mentoring junior staff.

• Three plus years of experience in the group health and benefits industry.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as Lead Consultant and own project management to support client service delivery.
• Be the primary day‑to‑day contact of clients and oversee the client team.
• Collaborate with the Account Executive to execute strategy and special projects.
• Analyze data, draft client presentations, and participate in client meetings.
• Identify client needs for other services and opportunities.

• Own vendor management and oversee vendor relationships.
• Manage plan document review and compliance.
• Support team to resolve client issues under guidance.
• Coach and guide junior staff.

Aon is looking for a Health Solutions Consultant - Private Equity - Hybrid in (SF, Irvine, LA, Phoenix, Sacramento)

In this position, you will act as the Lead Consultant and own project management to support the execution of client service delivery. This position may act as the primary day-to-day contact of clients and oversee the client team. The Health Solutions Consultant will collaborate with the client Account Executive to assist with execution of strategy and special projects. This position includes analysis, drafting client presentations, participation in client meetings and the identification of client needs for other services. Additionally, the Health Solutions Consultant will:

• Partner with the actuarial and broking teams to prepare and deliver relevant analysis
• Own vendor management
• Manage plan document review
• Manage client issues with Account Executive oversight
• Support team to resolve client issues
• Coach and guide junior staff

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position intended for U.S. applicants is $75,000 to $95,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of State/Region. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
