Aon is seeking a Health Solutions Consultant - Private Equity to join a Hybrid team across SF, Irvine, LA, Phoenix, and Sacramento. You will act as the Lead Consultant, own project management, and serve as primary day-to-day contact for clients, coordinating with the client Account Executive to deliver strategy and special projects.

The role requires deep knowledge of group health and benefits, strong analytical and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Three plus years of experience in group health and benefits.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead consultant and own project management to support client service delivery.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact of clients and oversee the client team.
• Collaborate with Account Executive to assist with strategy and special projects.
• Prepare and deliver relevant analyses with actuarial and broking teams.
• Own vendor management and manage plan document review.
• Coach and guide junior staff and participate in client meetings.
• Identify client needs for other services.
