The role involves managing multiple projects, partnering with actuarial and broking teams, vendor management, and mentoring junior staff. A Bachelor’s degree and insurance licensure are preferred; hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the group health and benefits industry.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong presentation skills and client engagement experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Lead Consultant on client assignments and project management.
• Be the primary day-to-day contact to clients as needed.
• Draft client presentations and participate in meetings.
• Collaborate with actuarial and broking teams to deliver analysis.
• Own vendor management and resolve client issues with oversight.
• Coach and guide junior staff on engagement tasks.
