Dept of Corr - Central Admin in Richmond, VA seeks a Health Services Talent Acquisition Assistant to support the HSTA team. You will handle recruitment processes, coordinate interviews, and assist onboarding for new hires across the agency, ensuring timely, accurate administration and excellent customer service.

Applicants should be versed in HR policies, capable of coordinating with various stakeholders, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist onboarding: obtain information, build recruitment files, and initiate pay checks/background checks.
