Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District seeks a Health Services Supervisor to plan, develop, and supervise its student health program. The role includes mentoring staff, monitoring health metrics, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards across campuses.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits. Requires nursing licensure (Master's in nursing or equivalent with a California Public Health Nurse certificate) and experience in public or school health

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing plus California Public Health Nurse certificate, or
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing with California Public Health Nurse certificate and a master’s degree in health education, sociology, psychology, counseling, health care administration, public health, or community health
• Preferred: experience in public health, occupational health, or school health settings.

Health Services Supervisor

Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District is seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Health Services Supervisor. The incumbent will assist in the planning, development, and supervision of a student health program; supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of assigned staff.

Location: Throughout Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $90,251.20 - $105,560.00 annually (based on 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

The incumbent will create and maintain a comprehensive student health program, ensuring compliance with health regulations, public health standards, and student safety protocols. Duties include coaching staff, reviewing health metrics, coordinating health education initiatives, and reporting on program effectiveness to district leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing and a California Public Health Nurse certificate;
• OR Bachelor’s degree in nursing, a California Public Health Nurse certificate, and a master’s degree in health education, sociology, psychology, counseling, health care administration, public health, or community health;
• Preferred: Previous experience in a public health, occupational health, or school health setting.
