Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District seeks a Health Services Supervisor to plan, develop, and supervise its student health program. The role includes mentoring staff, monitoring health metrics, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards across campuses.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits. Requires nursing licensure (Master's in nursing or equivalent with a California Public Health Nurse certificate) and experience in public or school health

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing plus California Public Health Nurse certificate, or
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing with California Public Health Nurse certificate and a master’s degree in health education, sociology, psychology, counseling, health care administration, public health, or community health
• Preferred: experience in public health, occupational health, or school health settings.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a comprehensive student health program.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and student safety protocols.
• Coach staff, review health metrics, and coordinate health education initiatives.
• Report program effectiveness to district leadership.
